Yoga Bhi Hoga

Hi Friends.. recently I found that I have been having un-stable mind and lacking many things.. lack of concentration, lack of motivation and everything else seems lacking and so one of my best pals Hardy sent me a link saying why not try new Mantra called "YOGA". So I felt lets do it and decided "Yoga bhi Hoga". Now the website link which he sent explains quite exciting methods of concentrating and relaxing techniques. So one fine Saturday morning I read all the stuff to prepare my mind for Yoga. So I prepared this new compilation of Yoga as "Yoga bhi Hoga" for you to help you for peaceful Yoga experience.

1. Lie down on flat surface with your knees bent and pointed upward. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and exhale slowly. Take another deep breath. Wonder if there is some gas leak. Try to smell gas.

2. Now focus on your body. Feel each part of your body. If its morning time, then you may notice little turbulence in abdomen due to last nights heavy food. Release that stale, toxic, deadly gas energy trapped inside you. Feel the body light and relaxed now. If that smells too bad, get some room freshener and empty the spray in the room. You are now good to go.

3. Resume back to your goal and lie down. Take deep breaths, do you see or feel obsessed by the cobwebs on the ceiling? Get up real quick and clean the room.

4. Now it's high time. You are not really concentrating on Yoga, Are you? So play some soothing music which will help you concentrate. Look in the rack of CD's for the appropriate music. Your choices are "Calm Ocean waves", "Healing harps", "Whales". Wonder which suites your persona. Whales would probably remind you of deadly sharks. So go for "Harps".

5. Lie down again. This time close eyes soon so that you do not watch any distractions. Breath slowly and deeply. Inhale... Exhale ... Inhale.. Exhale. Watch your abdomen.. rise and fall as you breath. Concentarte on musical harps, which reminds you of angels.. which reminds you of heaven.. which reminds you of hell.. which reminds you should probably listen to different music. Get up and change the CD.

6. Switch to ocean waves and return to floor. Wonder how many calories have you already burned since you have started and that too even before starting Yoga. Now you know why Yoga is powerful.

7. Listen to "Calm Ocen Waves". Feel the free floating water. Imagine yourself in a sea, light and free, gently floating, drifting with water, away from shore .. away .. more away... 'Oh My God'.. you are too far away from shore. Your drowning, you can't breath. You could be dead. Shout for Help.

8. Don't you feel now what you need is nice Herbal Tea and also some aroma therapy. Get in your car and drive to downtown to grasp some nice fragrance candles, incense.

9. At the shop fill your shopping cart with wild ginseng, organic food, Double meat hamburger and a copy of magazine like "Yoga - You can do it someday", "Stress is from women". While the checkout process, quickly grab a "couples massager"..... just in case ;-)

10. After you come home, light the scented candles, start michael jackson music. Make some nice tea and then have a nap for 2 hours.

11. Now you feel relaxed and finally can start Yoga. But apart from Yoga there are many different good vedic exercise. Browse through the Holistic Force within, Emerging Spiritual Consciousness and other similar categories.

12. Try to decide which course would be most helpful. Something like, Awakening your true spirit through exuberant energy and micro managing self awareness, Self Care, Self visualization and Self Help. Decide to enroll in Tai Chi and other spiritual ways to combine body and mind ... until you see the price.

13. Now that you are little confused and tired, watch the clock. Probably the day is over by striving to do Yoga and you now need to go to bed for sleep.

Conclude the day with a new Mantra..... Something like - "NO MORE YOGA".

Try these out, now the decision is upto you, if this new compilation would help you de-stress or distress. But either way let me know the results ;-)
